  • All products are print-on-demand and made especially for you once an order is placed.
  • Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipping.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier but typically range from 5–15 business days after processing.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or preference.
We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted; or
  • You received the wrong item.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please double-check your shipping address, product selection, and sizes before placing your order.
  • Any fees for incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or customs/import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

5. User-Generated Ideas

We welcome design suggestions from our community. However, all ideas are treated as creative inspiration only. Final designs may differ from submitted concepts, and customers do not retain ownership or rights to designs created by us.
